I tried installing a microsoft office suite product on my niece’s laptop last night and the program failed to install the error it gave told me to install the sp1 prior to installing office. After 3 tries of letting the auto update do it. I downloaded 500-+ MB install of sp1. It failed to install after a 1 hour download and then gave an error to go to a website for more instructions.. I told my niece to take it back to best buy before i broke it in half.

:(

I am planning to buy a new laptop soon,, i aint happy about it.
